This unofficial version of the Allen County Code is the product of a partnership between Allen County Board of Commissioners and IPFW Helmke Library.

History Center Digital Collections

Offers unparalleled access to many of the thousands of photos, documents, maps, manuscripts, and other valuable historical materials owned by the History Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The digital collections, selected to augment and reinforce History Center educational programs, are being developed through a partnership between the Helmke Library at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne and the History Center.
