An Application for Permission to Reproduce is provided for uses not exempted under the Fair Use clause of the United States Copyright Law (U.S.C. Title 17, Section 107).
The digital collections in mDON are created from a variety of materials with different copyright owners. Every effort has been made to obtain permission, when required by U.S. Copyright Law, from the copyright owner of the physical piece to create the digital copy used in mDON. Contact information for questions concerning the rights to display the digital image of an item in mDON is listed in the Rights field of the metadata description attached to each item.
