Welcome to an array of images, sounds, documents, and data, collected and organized by the Walter E. Helmke Library of Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW). These collections are intended to foster an understanding and appreciation of our university, Fort Wayne, and Northeast Indiana. The contents of this site document the history and development of the area as well as the endeavors and activities of its citizens today. The collections assembled here range from audio files of athletic and musical events at IPFW to archival collections from community partners such as the Allen County-Fort Wayne Historical Society.

Browse each collection or search across collections using keyword searching to find related items from different areas. You will find that some items are linked outside of mDON to databases or digital collections sponsored by another organization collaborating with Helmke Library on this project.
